Hi, I’m Kelly 🤍
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to truly understand how deeply our mental health and overall well-being impact every part of our lives. I’m a big believer that self-care should feel simple, joyful, and something we genuinely look forward to — not another thing on the to-do list.
I created Beauty & Balance Life because I know what it feels like to be busy, overwhelmed, and constantly putting yourself last. I also know how powerful it can be when you finally decide to pour a little energy back into you. Sometimes it’s the smallest moments that can completely turn a day around — a kind compliment from a stranger, or sipping your coffee from a mug your best friend gave you just because it reminded her of you.
My passion is helping women reconnect with themselves through small moments that make a big difference:
a favorite face mask, a comforting scent, a cute tumbler that makes your morning coffee feel extra special, or a subscription box that brings a little excitement to your doorstep each month. These aren’t just products to me — they’re gentle reminders that you deserve care, time, and things that make you smile.
Over time, Beauty & Balance Life has grown into a supportive community of women who lift each other up, celebrate the wins (big and small), and have fun discovering new ways to take care of themselves. Everything I create — from skincare and boutique finds to wax melts and daily inspiration — is designed to feel uplifting, encouraging, and thoughtfully made.
At the heart of everything I do is this simple message:

You deserve joy.
And you deserve to take care of yourself — without guilt.

Where I Find My Balance
I’m a true fire sign with a serious love affair with the water. Put me on it, in it, or anywhere near it, and I’m instantly in my happy place. Add a hot cup of coffee and a sunrise over the water, and honestly… that’s my version of perfection. Those quiet moments are when I finally exhale the stress, clear my mind, soak in the beauty around me, and gently bring life back into balance—because let’s be real, life is all about balance.
The water has a way of slowing me down in the best way. One minute it’s peaceful and calming, and the next it’s that unmistakable zip of the reel when a fish hits—and suddenly my heart is racing and I’m all in. I love being up close and personal with nature, from the tiniest critters to the big surprises that remind me how amazing the world really is.
Fishing is my therapy, my reset button, and my happy escape. It’s where I recharge, reconnect, and find my balance again. That mix of calm, joy, and just a little excitement is what fuels me—and it’s the energy I love sharing with others. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to connect, laugh, and find a little more beauty and balance together. 💖
